Summer TMC dessert 中英文食譜。 Recipe in Chinese and English (English in below) 前一陣子學姊開團團購冰糖銀耳湯，我跟她說「我昨天剛好做了一鍋，很好做噢！」她問我「有比從冰箱打開來快速嗎」的確，我花了一夜泡開銀耳，蒸好後再等待放涼，但原汁原味還可以自行調整甜度 枸杞紅棗還有銀耳的量 梅雨季節的初夏，食療少卡補充膠原蛋白附上那一年在巴黎塞納河河畔以「冰糖銀耳湯」會塞爾維亞好友 冰糖銀耳湯 食譜 食材：銀耳、枸杞、紅棗、冰糖 製作步驟1. 隔夜泡銀耳 （不要拿太多，因銀耳遇水會發開）2. 隔天泡開後，可用剪刀將銀耳減小，食用時較便利3. 記得將水倒掉也將銀耳洗一洗。 洗枸杞和紅棗。4. 將枸杞、紅棗、銀耳放入鍋裡與電鍋裡，加入冰糖（自行斟酌糖度）5. 可熱飲或放涼再飲用 The other day my friend was in a crowd gathering group buying rock sugar white jelly fungi.
